We have purchased two Mitsubishi Tritons from Youngs Motors and had a great experience on both occasions. We also have our vehicles serviced there, and the quality of servicing has generally been of a high standard. One experience in particular stood out. With our newest Triton (MY24), a brake caliper came loose while we were travelling from Dongara to Perth. We contacted Mitsubishi’s emergency assistance line and a tow truck was arranged within an hour at no cost, despite us being around 150 km from Dongara and even further from Perth. The vehicle was repaired and returned to us within a week. The way both Mitsubishi and Youngs Motors handled the situation significantly increased my confidence in both the dealer and the brand. The support and turnaround were excellent. I do have one big concern from the most recent service. A deodoriser was placed in the cabin filter and a courtesy bottle of the same product was left in the vehicle, which was appreciated. However, while the vehicle was parked at the dealership, the bottle appears to have leaked down the transmission console (the silver decorative panel). Although it wasn’t immediately obvious, the liquid has since dissolved part of the finish where it sat. As a suggestion, it may be best not to leave chemical products in customers’ vehicles before collection, as leaks like this can cause expesnive damage.

Can not speak highly enough of Young Motors Geraldton I had a Hybrid Malfunction on my 2023 Mazda CX60, Ian the service manager and Jeremy the manager were sooo supportive and helpful, they gave me a loan car, free, while my car was sent to Perth for diagnosis and repair.
